Refund Policy

For New Students

  1. New students can request for refund within 30 days of making the payment.
  2. Access to the course and certificates will be revoked.

For Existing students

  1. Existing students can request for refund within 7 days of making the payment.
  2. Access to the course and certificates will be revoked.


we reserve the right to limit and deny the refund requests in cases where we believe that there is refund abuse.

Reasons that results in refund requests getting denied

  1. On account of finding that student is misusing our refund policy.
  2. Multiple refunds have been requested by the student for the same course.
  3. Excessive requests have been requested by a student.
  4. For users that have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our terms and conditions.

Channels for Refund

Refund to the Source

  1. Refunds will be processed back to the same payment source from which the course was bought.
  2. After the refund is initiated, It will generally take 5-8 business days to reflect back based on the payment method used by the student.

Refund as GWiz Credits

  1. In case the refund is not possible for any technical reasons, equivalent GWiz coins will be credited to the student's wallet by our team.
  2. The credited GWiz coins can be later redeemed for any other GWiz Academy courses.
